Back Clinch Takedown

This is a way to put your opponent
on the ground if you get around to
his back. Without the gi, it will be
very slippery and hard to jump on
his back and choke.
Move your left leg behind your
opponent and use your weight to
pull him down - like a ‘human belt’.
If done properly, you will land to his
side as shown.
Be sure to fix your base to secure
the position before moving on.
